Composite Design & Manufacture

Camsport Engineering has been working with composites since 2013. We specialise in composite tooling design and component design, including structural components, visual components and aerodynamic parts.

We primarily work with Formula 1 teams and their manufacturing partners enabling their designs to become reality using cutting edge manufacturing processes.

We have in-house composite manufacturing and repair capabilities, including pre-preg and resin infusion with a variety of materials. For larger jobs or those with specific requirements, we work with multiple UK composites manufacturers.

We specialise in low-cost tooling and small quantity components that do not require autoclave curing and can provide laminate layup manuals and 2D dxf kit cutting for your project.
